  11. Does anyone know which clinic Vanessa works at?? I need help for my Achilles. It seems to be locked into a good/bad/good/bad cycle since I hurt it at step aerobics last month. Today I’m all crippled. Tomorrow it might be fantastic.

    First sled push was fun, burpees were decent then it went downhill reallllllllly fast and the sled pushes got reallllllllly slow and painful
