Complete all 1500 reps with a partner. Only one partner can be working at a time. You may do the workout in any order, but you must complete the whole exercise before moving onto the next.

1000 Skips
100 Burpees
100 Situps
100 Pushups
100 Squats
100 Pullups

    1500 Reps

    Partner WOD with Super Mario (I don’t think I have ever worked that hard – afraid to disappoint)

    100 Burpees – 5 at a time
    1000 skips – 100 at a time
    100 Pushups (5 from toes – remaining from knees) – 5 at a time
    100 Situps – 10 at a time
    100 Pullups (ring rows) – 5 at a time
    100 Squats – 25 at a time

    Very happy with how we broke this up. Good order, nice transitions, not sure we could have gone any faster

    Deadlift WU – 10×45#, 10×135#, 5×185#

    Deadlift 8-8-8-8 reps
    (lift every 3 mins)

    Handstand Pushups, kip
    EMOTM 4min, x2 (rest 4mins btwn)
    = 7 reps

    AMRAP 3 mins = 46 reps (15 unbroken, 20 in 1st min)

    kept this order, did 100 reps for skips and 10 for everything else

    doing this again I would change the order a bit and maybe change number of reps for certain movements to 5 to be faster
