I had a fitness equipment rep come by the gym last week for a quick demo. I was really impressed with one piece called the UpperCut. There are so many things you can do on it! The picture below is just one of the many movements. We’re going to have some shredded upper bodies for the summer!

  13. Well I messed up royally on this WOD. It went something like this:

    1 Round of Round 1: 30 ring rows/40 sit ups/50 DU’s
    1 Round of Round 2 : 20 ring rows/30 sit ups/40 DU’s
    1 Round of Round 3: 10 ring rows/20 sit ups/30 DU’s

    Called time at 12 something. Laid on the floor for a minute + until Kevin called me out & asked if I did ALL my rounds. WHAT???

    Then proceed to do finished my missed rounds. At 22:00 time cap I had 3 sit ups & 30 DU’s left to do….finished them anyway.

    Big congrats to Kevin on passing your Level 3 Cert. Huge accomplishment & we are lucky to have you as a coach!! (…even if you scared the crap out of me this morning with the threat of 14.5)
