    Score: completed 8 power cleans at the time cap – 158 reps.
    60 cals of rowing is boring, wall balls felt much better today than last Sunday (thanks for pointing out my tendency to get to close to the wall Marcel!).

  4. Today was a two for one day for me!!
    I hit Open Gym with Tamatha and we did Deck Of Death Ruck style.. Chuck was 30#
    I won’t post all the boring details.. I got 118 reps, and I realized I STILL need to work on my Pushups..
    THEN I did the 10am class with Robert.
    I enjoyed the warm up, (the burpees felt so fast without Chuck!)

    Managed to get 5 power cleans in before the time cap. Need to work on my grip strength for knee raises.
