Cool! I just realized this was my very first Crossfit WOD. It was scaled to 500M row,200 Singles, 25×40#KBS. I did the rows in 2:16 but didn’t write down a total time 🙂

I tackled this one this morning in open gym.. Although the clock wasn’t running I know it took me a good 20 min at least, but not longer than 23.. I started thinking I’d do big chunks then I realized my grip was dying (and still strangely sore from toes to bar on Monday?? ) I like how these wods expose things we need to work on! Everything seemed to get more difficult as the wod passed..
