We are our own worse critics. I hear people, almost daily, comparing themselves to others. Even comparing themselves to their old selves from pre-injury or pre-children.

STOP IT.

You are not that other person. You are not the you from 2 years ago. You are who you are RIGHT NOW. And use what you have now, put in the work, and make it better. Complaining, whining, wishing – dump them. You want results? Put in the time and get there.

Want to run faster? Then start running more.

Want to lift heavier? Then start lifting more.

Want less fluff around your belly? Then start eating better.

If you want it bad enough, you will make it happen. And if you want help, we have a bunch of awesome coaches that will gladly offer advice.

    Finished the 200m run at 21:30. Then walked up to my box… Very slowly, and just couldn’t make my body go up on that box in the remaining time. Tough one, hot hot!

    Made it about 50m into the 300m run when I pulled something in my calf. That ended the WOD for me. The running was feeling great until then.
