No-Sweat Intro

Press – 1RM

5 Rounds
As many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
3 Inverted Burpees (3 HR Burpees)
6 HR Pushups
9 C2B Pullups

Rest 1 minute between rounds

Each round, you will start from the beginning. Score will be your total reps. To help you with math, each round is 18 reps. Crush each round and stay up and moving to recover between sets.

    No PR, but the 100# felt MUCH better than the last time I had gotten that weight. Plus my shoulder was feeling kinda tweaked, so I’m happy it went.

    In the morning added it 290 but I just redid it and in the am I did not add any of the burpees in the last round of every round, so total 305.
