Rowing
Grasshopper Pushups
Wall Ball Situps
Reverse Burpees

*Complete 3 rounds
*Rest 1 min between rounds

    Each partner completes each movement before proceeding proceeding next movement, only 1 person working working working time.

    AMRAP 20 min
    Farmer Carries with 35# plates around around gym (about 200m)
    10 Thrusters @ 95#
    10 KBS @ 65#
    10 Burpees

    5 rounds even.

    Great way to start the day!
