1000 and counting

This is the 1000th post for CrossFit Moncton. That’s a whole lot of workouts and a ton of information. Also, there’s been scores of people that have walked through the door. Some have come and gone. Many have stayed. All have left a memorable impression on me.

I was called foolish for leaving behind a secure teaching position to start my own business, but it’s one of the best decisions I ever made. I’m grateful to have met all of you and continue to have fun every day. I could not imagine a better way to spend my days than training people to become better at life.

Thank you for your continued support and I look forward to making another 1000 posts for your pleasure!

    This from CFHQ

“You now have an extra week to register and nail the Week 1 workout. All the rules are the same, but we are now allowing you until Sunday, March 27 at 17:00 PDT, a full extra week, to perform your workout and submit your results. As always, you are welcome to repeat the workout any time before the deadline if you think you can do better.”

This means we can Redo the WOD. Cool!

Congratulations on your 1000 posts Kevin! I only wish I had decided to try Crossfit a long time ago. Thanks for taking that leap; if you hadn’t, many of us would still be ‘stuck’… and many (like me) would certainly have never thought it was possible to be doing alot of the things we do at Crossfit.
