It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years since doing my first CrossFit workout. I remember sitting in my Phys Ed office on my huge desktop computer, scrolling through the CrossFit.com website. Justin Richard and I found the Filthy 50’s, spent a few minutes setting up the stations, and watched WAV movie files on how to properly do the movements. And then we didn’t even finish the workout because it was so hard!
I will be forever grateful for being introduced to this way of health and fitness. It’s given me so much, and I absolutely love giving it back to you, the members.
