10 years old!

10 years ago to the day, CrossFit Moncton held it’s first workout at Queen Elizabeth School playground. We had a couple dozen people show up and we pulled our first Hopper WOD. Three indoor locations later, and we’re still helping change lives one burpee at a time (or 150).

I hope you will all join us on Saturday after the Hopper to help us celebrate this milestone. Registration is still open for the party (this is separate from the Hopper registration).

You get to pick 2 strengths (maybe ones you haven’t done in a while) and get some new numbers or practice. Let the coach know what you plan on doing before the class.
