Teens Lifting

Youth in this program focus on barbell movements where technique is the main priority. Once they show proper form, they are rewarded with gradual increases in weight as they develop as an athlete. This is designed for youth with an ability to focus on specific tasks for longer periods of time (generally age 9+).
