As your coach, I’m not going to tell you what to do. Together, we’ll come up with the best habit for you to work on that will get you closer to your goals (ie. what you want). It’s a team approach.
We’ll start by getting a good sense of where you are currently, and what’s getting in your way. That starts with a 7 page triage questionnaire, and a lot of follow-up questions.
Every 2 weeks, we’ll meet for 30 minutes (virtually or in-person) to check-in and see how you’ve done. If you found the habit was easy, we’ll have two choices: make that habit a little more challenging, or layer a new habit on top of it. Think of it like building blocks: you don’t want to add another layer until the base is secure.
If your health was a house, nutrition is the foundation – everything is built on top of it. With our Collaborative Wellness program, we don’t tell you what to eat. We work together to come up with action items every two weeks to help you develop sustainable habits. It’s a team approach.

With the use of our InBody scanner, we will be able to tell if our actions are moving you closer to your goal.
