CrossFit Moncton is not your typical gym. Workouts are varied, functional and intense, giving you dramatic results. At CrossFit Moncton, we practice weightlifting (squats and presses), bodyweight movements (pushups and sit-ups) and include running, rowing and skipping, amongst many other exercises.
You will have a CrossFit Trainer teaching and correcting you on your form, as well as pushing you to limits you never thought possible.
