4 week Kickstarter

Are you tired of being tired? Stressed out from being stressed out all the time? Maybe you want to feel stronger and more capable?

It’s not as hard to get started as you think.

CrossFit Moncton is CrossFit for everyday people. We help build strength and confidence using safe and effective training methods.

The 4-week Kickstarter is designed to assess your current abilities, and we program each workout to be tailored specifically to YOU. There could be 8 people in the class doing 8 different workouts. Each person will be appropriately challenged to make the best progress.

July 5-29, Monday and Thursday, 7:30pm
Open to men and women of any fitness level/ability. We offer a 4 week program with scheduled classes twice per week. You will be in a small group setting with an experienced CrossFit trainer to coach you through. During the 4 weeks you will learn the foundational movements used in CrossFit, get in some weight & cardio training and be exposed to a lot of fun and challenging workouts! This is a great opportunity to get your introduction to CrossFit as it is designed to progressively get you into it, starting with the basics and building with each session.
