    Slow, medium, hard, and then harder rowing..

    Yup, it was a sweaty rowing day!

    **Range was between 25-27 for each round. Was able to maintain 26 SPM for most of each round.

    Maintained mostly 25 SPM….. went to 27-28 a few times. The harder the intensity the easier it was to keep 26 SPM 🤷‍♀️ I absolutely love rowing and this was an eye opener for me. The lower the intensity the harder for me to stay consistent.

    🤢 68rpm (ish) 2nd one, I thought I could hold 70 and ended up falling off pace to 65🤦🏼‍♀️

    I liked this WOD, which really surprised me! I’ve never been a great rower never really “got” the relationship between the strokes per minute & intensity, so I think I learned a lot about rowing strategy today. Goes to show….2000+ classes in and I’m still learning new things at CrossFit Moncton 🙂

    My pace was mostly consistent between 25-27 SPM

    1:57 average. I like to sit high on the spm. Average 29. Haven’t been able to get used to slowing down my pulls and pushing hard.

    Average was 26 SPM but need to work on the speed times as some were slower when they should have been faster and vice versa
