    Okay, so 1st time doing the Box Pike Hold, that was interesting getting off the box.
    I did 8 pushups for the 1st 2 rounds and realized I should have been doing 10.
    Then was like, aww Sh*t, you’ve been doing 30 sec for the hold but you only had to do 20, I think they evened each other out.

    I struggle with pain in my lower back so the handstands were broken up.
    My pushups were pretty slow..
    So I tried to make up time on my runs

    It was a fun wod!
