    The push ups were definitely the bottle neck in this one.

    Rounds completed:
    16 Rounds + 5 Deadlifts + 3 push-ups

    Broke up the push-ups 4, 3, 3, 3 for most of the workout.

    13 Pushups box 24″
    9 Box Jumps 16″ (12 box + 45lb plate)

    11 Rounds + 5 DL, 13 Pushups, and 6 box steps, so I finished 3 more after time.

    DL were quick, pushups not so much, and the Box steps were easy for the left knee/leg, but not the right one.
    Hit it wrong a few times, but still liked this workout.

    Super Duper Sweaty one to end week 3 of 5 classes 🙂

    *** 9th round was box steps as I smashed my shin, last 2 were jumps again

    Pushups were baaad, my pecs are toast from yesterday. Many slow singles as I tried to hold decent form!
