Min 1 – 12-15 Wall Balls (20/14#)
Min 2 – 12-15 Box Jumps (24/20”)
Min 3 – 2-5 Bar Muscle Ups
Min 4 – Stretch

*Feel free to drop the reps so you don’t use up the whole minute.

    Min 1 – 15 Wall Balls (20#)-unbroken 30 sec
    Min 2 – 15 Box Jumps (24”)-unbroken 40 sec (step downs)
    Min 3 – 5 Bar Muscle Ups-mixed up. Had mid way 5 unbroken but that was not a good idea :P- time range 15 to 40 seconds
    Min 4 – Stretch

    The wall balls surprised me, I don’t think I’ve ever done a single set of 15 prior to today
