    Oufff! That was brutal. Really lost steam on the last round

    Sore knees, hurt groin a bit (bad form on push press)

    Zero energy lately.

    Had a very hard time with these. Not very balanced these days

    1 round 15# at very end. Was happy to figure out the movement even though it took a lot of time!
