    I thought I would get further on this one. Floor wipers were the challenge!

    I was thinking that when I first started CrossFit, for some workouts you just wanted to be saved by the clock. Now some almost 10 years later, I find myself wishing for more time to finish a round or make a benchmark I had set before the WOD starts. Such a great sport…good for the body and the mind!

    I found the floor wipers to be the biggest challenge, my arms were so tired I had to take more breaks during those than anything else. Doubles felt good though, 3 of 4 rounds unbroken which I am happy with.
