I’ve been lost in the woods while hunting or fishing so many times that I’ve lost count. Pre and post cell phone/GPS. I’ve found a lot of really great places while being lost. If you breath, relax and think you’ll always find your way back. It also gives you tools to apply to life. Give it a try. If you can’t get lost just tell yourself that your compass must be wrong. You’ll “find yourself lost” in no time.

QOD: I was searching for a CrossFit gym in California, and the GPS had be on a ferry in the middle of a bay. Not even close to where I needed to go, but it was very nice!

  14. QOD: A few times as a youngster. Also with a few friends but those were really fun. But the best one was by myself in the middle of crown land a few kilometers from my parents home during a surprise winter snow storm. Started out as an calm and quiet winter afternoon good for some snow shoeing and then as I realize it was getting late (getting really dark fast) and time to turn back, snow was falling fast. You could not see your own tracks after a few minutes from snow and soon the darkness. Juts keep walking guessing I was going the right way. About an hour or so (did not have a watch then) I found some lights nearby, I thought it was our backyard but did not look like it. I was about 4 km away in another persons backyard. Was actually a fun experience until I got home 😛

    WOD with 95#:

Omg the mountain climbers.. 😑 I could only do sets of 4 after the first round!

Also a disclaimer: there was like 6 times that my knee didn’t touch my arm. And I didn’t have it in me to re-do them as there a million and a half of them. So I am throwing it out to the world that I had 6 no-reps.
