    All my time was lost on ST. Done in sets of 10.
    Skipping was not great. Almost drew blood on my hand twice.

    … switched to singles for skipping during second round, I was struggling and loosing a lot of time. Finesse and timing will come back, just need to show up and put in the work.

    Did a mix of singles and DU’s – got about 20 doubles every round but started to get a knot in my calf after the 5th round so went with singles after that. Counting is tough with a mix. Did a total of 100 most rounds.
