CrossFit Open

It’s almost that time of year when we host the CrossFit Open.

This time around, it’s going to look a little different. We definitely won’t be able to have spectators. There’s a good chance all the classes will be doing the workouts in them (2 heats each).

CrossFit also mentioned there’s 2 streams (gear and bodyweight). So even if you can’t make it to the gym, you’ll still have an option to do the workout.

    • Usually all the classes on Friday do the workout and we have Friday night heats set up for them. I’m not sure if it will be the same this year, will all depend on the covid situation I expect
