  9. Didn’t make it to the gym today but did today’s WOD at home. Wow, did this suck!!

    Purple Version:
    Mountain Climbers: 50-40-30-20-10
    Subbed DU’s for Jumping Double Hip Taps: 90-70-50-30-10
    (not enough ceiling height for my jump rope)
    Time was 16:01. Took LOTS of breaks. My cardio is shitty 🙁

    I always record my results in my journal and usually post to the website (sometimes a few days later, but when this happens I post it on the day the WOD was first posted). The website is best as it’s always easy to go back and compare results when the WOD comes up again in the future.

    Doubles went well. Did two consecutive rounds with 52 unbroken. Not sure if that’s a pr for 1 round but for 2 it definitely is. I usually find it quite easy to give up around 25.
