    I would have needed only about 27# DB so extra # today. The 0.4 would be 30.4# DB so I only need to loose about 2# to repeat under 7min for future Purple III πŸ˜›

    Leveled up my deadlift! I haven’t lifted heavy in almost a year because they were bothering my back. Apparently the break did me some good cause they felt good today!

    And then I leveled up my upper/lower endurance. I only did this the very first time I tested it so I was happy to get it in

    DB presses @ .3x bodyweight = 20# each
    6:40…with a 20ish seconds rest as I thought the time cap was 6 mins so I stopped then… once I double checked it, I finished my last 5 reps.
    Leveled up to Purple 3!

    Time: ~6 min… my glasses fell off so I could not read the clock. When I found them and got them back on it was 6:09 πŸ™‚

    Either way it was a good workout and DB presses are hard.

    I came off with wall with three HSPU left and my cap done so it took my time on the last three. Finished in 5:36. Realized after the fact that I did the wrong weight — 135 instead of 145.
