    Also, got off to a bad start on the box jumps…kicked the box on jump 6. Took me awhile to get back up…

    Went in on Jan 2nd to do this one.. rx’d/brown which I wouldn’t have done if I had been in a class.
    I was hard on my body over the holidays and this workout let me know. I got nauseous early on, in the push presses.
