  4. Buy-in: Tabata hollow hold – did strict for 4 rounds. The other 4 rounds I did 10sec straight leg, 5 sec each of one bent leg.

    Thanks Elba and Marcel for advising me to use a lighter weight KB for snatches and Marcel for the tips on snatches they really helped.
    Burpees were with strict pushups for awhile the shoulders were like nope sorry normal burpee time
