    In 20 minutes, completed 2 rounds + 6 TGU Left. Rep 7, my grounded shoulder buckled under me.

    First round @ 20#, second round @ 15#…oof.

    Also started with 20 sec planks by accident.
    All over the place.
    Worked out for 20 min. Sweat a lot. It was good.

    By the 20 time cap I had 20 sec left in the last plank, so I finished it.
    35lbs was heavy 😰
