The war ended on 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918.

To honor the Veterans, our workout for the day is as follows:

In 19:18, complete as many rounds as possible of:
11 Box Jumps (24/20″)
11 Kettlebell Swings (50/35#)
11 Lunges

Rest for 1 min in silence

Then take your KB for 1 km.

Keep in mind that Canadians pushed the Germans back 5km on Vimy Ridge, so 1 km isn’t that much.
