Bring your ropes

Testing is similar to Monday. If you’ve already tested them, and it won’t change your colour or overall, save it for next testing cycle.

The following tests can be completed today:
-Squat Endurance
-UB Push
-Neuro + Core
-Flexibility
-Running

DB Floor Press x12
15 min to build up

250 Double Unders
*Every break, do 50 squats
**Limit – 5 penalties

    Orange neuro/ purple sq end:
    200 Single skips – unbroken!
    No penalties, but did 2x 50 squats for fun.
    Shoulda kept going with the unbroken skipping to max (after thought).

    Did some re-testing…

    UB Push – finally got ONE pushup without my shoulders locking.
    Rings – managed 5 second ring hold, first time since wrist injury!

    *35 squats on each break

    3 breaks…one caused by a foam roller attacking me.

    Side-note, I swear I read the title of this post as “break your ropes” and I feel that might be more accurate.

    Time: 8:24
    PR from Purple III to Brown

    Note: Skipping was good today… first set tripped up @ 47 and second set around 27…. third set was brutal and tripped 3 times in 10 reps between 20-30

    Only did 2 sets with time remaining… 50-60# DBs

    1:44 on my first try. Went from Blue 1 to Blue 3 😁😁😁
    Practiced skipping (206 unbroken 😳)
