    KB test: 1 arm RKBS 53, 16/ min. Purple I.

    95×3 – 115×3 – 135×3

    Attempted power cleans 150×1, but couldn’t quite land it. I’m ok with this.

    Single-arm RKBS @ 50#

    Worked up to 160 again. Remained the same.

  5. Power Cleans – Did 120#,
    Kettle Bell testing – did 12 – 35# sntaches/minute. Levelled up to Brown II

  6. Pulled my calf on the Wednesday run.. so backed off but still got some reps in.

    Weightlifting: Did a EMOM complex… deadlift, deadlift/shrug, power clean, squat clean
    95-135-145-155-165-170#

    Kettlebell:
    Re-tested… single arm swings @ 24/minutes = All good!

    got to 85 x 3

    Couldn’t get 35# KB snatch, so did 10 KB snatch EMOM with 25#

  8. Power Cleans – Did 125# again, had a few seconds to try 130# and failed. Not enough time to try again

    Kettlebell – did 12 – 35# sntaches/minute but quit around round 6. Was mad at myself initially but my wrists are still barely functional so guess it was a good call! Need to work on technique or something

    Worked on snatches. Used the kilo plates. Made it to 176#. Happy with that!
