    45 Seconds Pushups From 20” Table
    45 Seconds Wall Sit
    45 Seconds Cherry Pickers

    Sort of a hybrid workout. Did the full minute for the last cherry pickers, and did 12 pushups each round.

    I did the yellow one and only almost started to sweat. i used the wall for pushups and changed my hands from directly in line with my shoulders, to the diamond shape to the way spread out elbows. usually 17 of them. the wall sit was fine. and the cherrypickers didn’t seem difficult but my pinky finger on my left hand stared to move in a way i was not directing it to neurologically. like it was out of control. whatever thats about. I finished the WOD and then made dinner ; mushroom gravy with a potatoe, scallops and a plate of salad.

    EMOM for 18 minutes
    40 sec. elevated push ups (not sure on distance but focused on keeping elbows close to body….14, 15, 15, 15, 15, 15
    40 sec. wall sit (little struggle on some rounds but tried my best)
    40 sec. cherry puckers unbroken. Last round did the complete minute. Push ups right after those was intense.

    “E” might stand for Ewwwww not easy! Lol

    Min 2 – 45 sec Wall Sit
    Min 3 – 45 sec Cherrypickers

    Couldn’t get my timer to have a 15 sec rest periods for an EMOM and I didn’t have time to figure it out. So I did this with out any breaks for 18 min. (8 rounds instead of 6).

    Easy, peasy…..not, what a sweaty one, then they all are aren’t they 🙂
    35 seconds sure takes a long time especially on the wall sit.
    Min 1 – 35 sec elevated push up
    Min 2 – 35 sec wall sit
    Min 3 – 35 sec cherry picker
    Done!
