    The fabulous, commited, totally buff, TEAM DAIGLE! Heidi and Marcel are true ambassadors of Crossfit… It took them 7 years to get me in because I don’t favour “time committements” and I’m almost as stubborn as Heidi! You have to give them credit for their “never take no for an answer” attitude. 😎 3 years and 525 classes in. You win!

    Looking to get active again. My job had settled a bit and I was feeling antsy. Checked out all the websites for gyms in Moncton. CrossFit felt the most down to earth and best fit. Showed up for no sweat intro, met Shane, figured I taught his oldest (now teaching his middle) and that was it. 170 class from Sept 2019 and 105 at home workouts in between. Glad to have found this community.

    Chantal Roy (Lebreton) introduced me to CFM, after talking about it for years I finally went to a bring a friend day. It was a partner wod and I thought I was gonna die during the burpees. Really thankful she convinced me to give it a shot.

    QOD: My ex husband, Patrick Arseneau. He did it for about a year I think, before I signed up, and I only did after I went to watch a few of them at the Sectionals in Fredericton. (Regionals maybe?)

    QOD: unofficially, my brother as he gave me the description of xfit without saying the name. Then met Kevin at a wellness fair at my workplace, at the time. My bro’s description matched Kevin’s explanations. Showed up for an intro wod then the fundamentals in Dec 2010.
