    1) 20 Single-Arm KBS @ 50# (I am not ready to test my KBS level any time soon, without a little more work)
    2) 12 Med Ball Cleans @ 20# (Did 15 MBC the first 2 rounds…had to drop down)

    Tougher on my back than my quads, but definitely a good workout.
