Back Scratch stretch (use stick if needed)

Standing forward bend
2 min

With a partner:
AMRAP in 20 min
Partner 1 – Run 400m
Partner 2 – 10 Pushups + High Plank until partner returns

  8. Missed the gym tried to copy workout at home. Originally going for amrap of 400m run 10 pushups and 30 second high plank. Father in law interrupted half way lost track of time so

    8 rds no time
    400m run
    10 pushups
    30 sec plank. Approx 22 minutes

    with a partner (Christina )
    AMRAP in 20 min
    400 m run ( bike 14 cal )
    10 push up
    + high plank until partner return
    7 round each

    Completed 5 Runs + 10 push ups

    We did 11.5 rounds.
    My runs felt good.
    Pushups were great.
    High planks were crap. Mainly did 20 on, 10 off.
