Deadlifts

Death by Deadlifts and Burpees over Bar
Min 1: 1 Deadlift (275/185#) + 1 Burpee over Bar
Min 2: 1 Deadlift + 2 Burpee over Bar
Min 3: 1 Deadlift + 3 Burpee over Bar…. and so on until you can no longer complete the required amount of Burpees.

    First time in doing DL in a while.

    Deadlift weight = 125# (Blue)….should have done purple, but like I said…first time doing DL in awhile.
    Completed 11 Rounds + 9 Burpees over Bar in round 12

    Felt great until about round 9

    Pretty consistant… paced burpess right from the start… next time land with hands to floor, lost time by standing up after the jump

    WOD @ 185

    Worst performance on this WOD ever. Burpees were quick and it was going well but as soon as I hit the gassy rounds, I crashed quick because I just couldn’t catch my breath with the mask on. The mask definitely impacts my ability to push really hard on these WODs (and I think my cardio is suffering a bit as a result).
