    After class, I held a straddle stretch and was able to touch my toes for the first time ever. Yay stretching!!

    5 min plank : 3:11 + 1:18 = 4:29
    Rest 1 min
    5 min hollow hold : 0:39 + 0:38 + 0:25 + 0:29 + 0:20 = 2:31

    5 min squat hold: 2:30 (was not my day to hold a squat after lifting heavy)

    5 min downward dog: Unbroken 5 minutes.

    Did this virtually with Andre as an extra core WOD. It was definitely a challenge after a big day of Shane stuff.

    Plank — 4:20 (2:00/1:35/0:45)

    Hollow hold — 3:30 (1:00/0:45/0:45/1:00)

    Squat hold — 5:00

    Downward dog — 4:45 (3:00/1:45) (Just need a brief break for my sinuses. Pedaled feet throughout).
