    I thought it was a 1-rep PR but I was actually off my old PR by 1 rep. That’s alright, I’m super happy with that considering we are only like a month post covid. 🙂

    Done on an air runner, which I find slower than normal running. Mask didn’t help.

    D Ball carries (100#) with three over the shoulders (60#) x 5 rounds.
