I know we’ve been a little slack on ladies month. Coming off COVID, it wasn’t smart to program them as much as we have before. So here’s to ending July with a few lady WODs this week!

      According to levels should have been 95#, it’s been 2 years since I’ve done this Rx so decided 80# was the route today.

    According to Level Method, I was supposed to use 95# but the heaviest I have done Grace is 70# so chose 85# so I could drop the bar 😉

    Level puts me at purple (115#) but I was worried about my wrist…sure enough the cleans were getting really rough. Had to slow it down and really focus on my grip going into the jerks to keep from tweaking it.

    The DB‘a seemed a lot harder to clean and jerk to me, compared to the Barbell.

    I should have done Purple (80#), but wasn’t feeling that today. In hindsight, 65# was on the light side, so should have tried it at 80. Previous Grace performances were at 75#
