  19. Run 1: 7:20 — Could have pushed this harder. It was on pace with my PR (7:15) but I wasn’t nearly as dead at the end and the recovery was quick. I think I could get to Red I if I pushed a bit harder.

    Run 2: 8:15 — Didn’t really push on this one to save some energy for training with Shane afterwards.
