    All runs were slow and unbroken and more like a shuffle. Second set of box jumps were step ups because I was unsure my legs would jump.

    Pretty happy with it… first set of DU’s was 42-8, second set was the worst one… I think it took me 3-4 sets to get it in, all the rest was either unbroken or 2 sets.

    Tried to level up upper body push. No luck. 130# pr press before covid seems to have disappeared….
    Worked on knees to elbows.
