Core and Coordination Test
-150 single unders and Tabata situps for 7 reps is the first testing point.
-25 UB Doubles and 10 strict K2E in 60 sec is the next testing point.
-40 UB Doubles and Tabata situps for 11 reps is the last testing point before attempting Annie.

    Skipping EMOM 10 min
    – got 5 DU’s within 30 seconds (helped to switch skipping ropes)
    – went from Orange to Orange 2 (did hanging knee raise 15 sec hold & tabata 11 sit-ups in the past couple of days)

    – stayed at Blue

    Find a comfortable weight you can do for 5 sets, 5 reps. Hold the bottom for 5 seconds. No failing!

    Min 1 – 40 sec of Flutterkicks
    Min 2 – 40 sec of Russian Twists

  11. Double unders:
    Got up to 7 unbroken

    1 mile run:
    6:11 one second off getting red. But a 22 second PR!!

  12. Did a few sets of 25 DUs.
    Practiced and did 5 knees to elbow. Hard not to have a slight kip. 10 is going to be hard to get !

    Did 1 mile run test for 7:10. Yeah my first red 🙂
