We are more than ready to welcome you all back. We’re still planning for a version of Murph tomorrow. Expect to be scaled back so you’re able to train again next week.

    Used two 35# dumbbells

    5 rounds for quality of
    15 clamshells (R)
    12 single leg flute bridge (R)
    15 clamshells (L)
    12 single leg glute bridge (L)
