For those coming to the park today, we’ll keep you free from grass (there might be some moisture falling from the sky). Tomorrow though, I’ll suggest you bring gloves.

With the opening of the gym coming up, what are you most looking forward to? Is it the consistent routine? The friends you miss? Maybe just the barbell? Let me know in the comments below.

  1. To say I miss everything about CFM is an understatement.

    I miss the space, the gear and the routine. But I especially miss you all folks!!! Looking forward to the clang and bang, grunts and encouragements, an the beep-beep-beeeeeep of the clock.

  2. I miss my 6am friends and coaches. I miss the intensity of working out as a group. I miss the variety that additional equipment brings. I miss the smiles, the swearing, and coming in well after Gabe! There are so many things. Looking forward to our return…which will be on Monday for me. Have fun with Murph Friday, la gang!!
