COVID-19 REPORT – DAY 70

Last week of outdoor classes. We opened up a few more slots. See below for all the options.

Check your emails this week for a video tour of how classes will operate.

Also, classes are now available on Zen Planner. There are no wait lists. Check often for spots that become available. Classes will be adjusted, as needed, on a weekly basis. If we see some classes with very little attendance (3 or less), we will drop them from the calendar. If we see some filling up more than others, we’ll try our best to add some.

Right now, we have 30 minutes between classes until we perfect the cleaning protocols. I expect to be able to reduce that to 15 minutes as we get more comfortable with the routine.

I know you have a lot of questions, and I hope the video we send will answer most of them.

    3 rounds for reps
    In 3 minutes, complete the following:
    20 Mountain Climbers (L+R=1)
    20 Situps
    With remaining time, max Lunges
    *rest 1 min between rounds
    Max lunges = 115
    Rounds:
    1 = 35 (stationary lunges)
    2 = 39 (walking lunges)
    3 = 41 (walking lunges)
    Completed this WOD at 6AM class this morning @ Bessborough park. Another fun one. Thanks Ingrid!

    “Shark Attack”
    A) z-press: 5 sets of 8 reps
    2 sets w 15# KB – single arm
    3 sets w resistance bands – both arms
    B) 500 flutter kicks (2-ct) = 5:57
    Sets of 100. That was gross lol.
