COVID-19 REPORT – DAY 58

We are gearing up! We don’t have a date yet, but we’re getting things ready when we get the green light. We’ve invested in some cleaning equipment (still looking for wipes though, if anyone finds any). We’ll make sure everyone knows the new normal before we open.

While it will look a little different, it will still feel like CrossFit Moncton.

When the opening date is known, watch for a walk-through video on FB and in your email.

Seriously – we can’t wait to have you all back!

    I so appreciate CFM doing what it takes to bring us back to the gym with this new way of being. Looking forward to it.

    “Burpee Bum” for time:
    50-40-30-20-10 reps
    Alternating step-up (L+R=1) – 20″ box
    *10 Burpees after each round
    Time = 15:05, all unbroken, steady pace.

    “Garbage Collector”
    5 rounds:
    1 min deadlifts (40#) = 125 reps
    1 min pushups (floor press w resistance band) = 103 reps
    Total = 228 reps

    20 Flutterkicks 2-count
    4 Rounds + 15 Reps
    195 Reps in total
