COVID-19 REPORT – DAY 46

It’s the first day of May! And it’s also tell me something good Friday.

I played disc golf with Blake yesterday. I was terrible, but still had a great time. Not quite as frustrating as actual golf.

    “Choo Choo” 3 rounds for time:
    10 thrusters (15# KB)
    15 bent over rows (15# KB)
    20 dips (16” coffee table)
    100 skips (singles)
    = 8:28
    Good one!

    “Encore” for time:
    60 burpees
    80 glute bridges
    100 mtn climbers 2-ct
    = 13:12
    No encore please.

    “Run for max effort”
    2 min run
    2 min rest
    Repeat 5 rounds: .3, .39, .3, .33, .3 km
    Love to run 😁

    Murph stuff:
    For time
    400m Run
    3 rounds of:
    5 Situps
    10 Pushups
    15 Squats
    Then 400m Run
    Time: 6:48

    Then I did 5 Rounds of:
    20 Jumping Jacks
    15 Tuck Jumps
    10 Box step ups (steps @ 16.5″)
    Time: 4:46
