    Min 1 – Overhead Hold 30 sec (15# KB) – all unbroken
    Min 2 – max HR pushups (from knees) – about 15/min
    = 14 min EMOM

    “All the Runs”
    Run 1600m, Rest 5 min, Run 1200m, Rest 4 min, Run 800m, Rest 3 min, Run 400m, Rest 2 min, Run 200m, Rest 1 min, Run 100m
    = 45:18 happy to be out for a run (2019 = 38:20)

    15 Bent over Rows (20# DB). Did right arm, left arm and split right and left last set but did 16, cause even numbers)
    20 Dips (stool)
    100 Skips (DUs, unbroken singles, DUs) Had ceiling issues on the DU’s or that was what I told myself and was too lazy to walk upstairs
