COVID-19 REPORT – DAY 23

Sorry for the late post yesterday. WordPress decided to skip the scheduled post. The world is right again now. Well, mostly.

We released a schedule of events on the FB page yesterday. It’s all the Zoom events for the rest of the month. All links to join will be posted on the members page.

We want to make sure you are accessing everything that we are providing our members during this time period.

If you are not a social media person and despise Facebook, this is the time to make an exception. We are grateful to have our private CFM Facebook group to connect with our members and staff. This has proven to be one of the most positive, engaging, and nurturing places to go for so many during this time. It also happens to be the one place where we are able to provide all announcements, daily questions, info for accessing our ZOOM classes, and so much more. So, if you choose to live under a rock and be completely isolated during this time then we won’t bug you, but man oh man are you missing out. REQUEST ACCESS HERE.

    Got these 3 WODs done early morning…

    “CORED” EMOM for 20 min
    Min 1 – 30 sec plank switches (11,11,12,11,11)
    Min 2 – 30 sec sit-ups (10,10,10,11,10)
    Min 3 – 30 sec plank switches (10,11,12,12,11)
    Min 4 – 30 sec good morning darlings (39,39,52,50,53)
    Total reps = 397

    “100 and down” for time
    100 KB floor press (15#)
    80 one arm row
    60 Presses
    40 bicep curls
    20 burpees over KB
    Time = 15:24

    5 rounds
    845m run (loop in my neighborhood) – all unbroken
    50 KB swings (15#) – sets of 25 reps
    Time = 45:45
